Hey there, I wanted to share my experience with Trustee Wallet. They took all my cryptocurrency! At first, I tried to make an exchange, but it wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have enough Ethereum to cover the gas fee. Then I noticed I could enter a custom amount for the gas fee. After that, the transaction went through, but hours went by and nothing happened. Usually, if the fee is too low, it just deducts a fee and sends back the balance. But in my case, it stayed pending. After a few days, I reached out to Trustee Wallet's customer support.

I spoke with them, and they sent me a link to fill out a form with my transaction number. They also wanted me to upload my recovery seed, claiming it was necessary to fix the transaction issue due to a network error. They assured me it was safe and that only the team handling the transaction could see my recovery seed. After waiting a bit longer, my exchange transaction was still pending. Then I noticed that most of my USDC had been sent out somewhere. I contacted customer support again, and they told me I was the one who sent my USDC to a wallet that wasn’t theirs. That’s a load of nonsense! How could I send out my USDC if I didn’t even have enough Ether to cover the exchange fee? That’s why I had to choose a custom gas fee in the first place.

Somehow, I managed to pay a $10.36 fee to send my USDC to some random wallet, which is just ridiculous. After a bit of back-and-forth with customer support, they kept telling me to add more Bitcoin so my transaction could go through since it was frozen due to the network error. The issue is that the exchange transaction is still pending even now. But the USDC transaction went through a long time ago, and they managed to withdraw over $56 of my USDC, leaving me with just 10 USDC. They didn’t deposit the Tron they were supposed to give me for the exchange of my USDC. They successfully sent out most of my USDC balance, but when it came to depositing back into my wallet, they suddenly had network issues. I never got the Tron I was supposed to receive for the exchange. Today, they told me I sent my coins to a wallet that isn’t theirs, so there’s nothing they can do until I deposit more Bitcoin. I told them I don’t trust their wallet and won’t deposit anything else since they’re the only ones with access to my wallet. And guess what? Today, all my Fox tokens were withdrawn too! They’re the only ones with access to my wallet, so please, stay away from this wallet. They will take all your cryptocurrency. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just a heads up to everyone: don’t fall victim like I did!
